Sound Massage. ” Give your body and mind a relaxation with a bowl massage.

Sound therapy - what is that?

Bowls

Singing bowls (Tibetan) are special metal bowl-shaped vessels made of bronze or copper. An alternative are Crystal Leech Bowls, which are vibration-free.
An alternative are Crystal Bowls but they do not have any vibrations.

Place

The space where the sound massage takes place has a huge impact on the experience of the massage. The place should be away from sources of noise, as isolated and soundproofed as possible.

Trust

The relationship that is created during a sound massage between the person being massaged and their masseur is a kind of gift. The sound and vibration that we experience during the session is given to us and is unique only during a given meeting. It is difficult to find two identical massages and their uniqueness has something magical about it.

Gong

They are made of bronze and have the shape of a semicircular bowl, with a convex bottom and a raised rim. They have a characteristic resonant sound, which is the result of striking the rim of the gong with a stick, made of wood or leather.

Bioresonance

Acoustic wave bioresonance.
In order to properly conduct acoustic wave bioresonance, and thus balance
and synchronize the work of both hemispheres of the brain, it is necessary to skillfully select the pitches of sound tones for therapy. During the massage, we use tuning forks or bowls of different frequencies to lead our brain through different states of concentration.

Open - mindedness

Our attitude during the massage is as important as the massage itself. Allowing ourselves to discover something new, to go beyond our previous experiences will open up a completely new world to us, a world of sounds. The more we open up to the sensations during the massage, the more our body and mind will benefit from it.

Other instruments

These include bells
(Koshi, Zafir), tinks, kalimbas, rain sticks, shamanic drums, tuning forks, handpans, crystal bowls, monochores, sound sonors
and many other instruments used during sound massage.

Sound

A properly performed Sound Massage, in addition to its vibrational qualities, should be pleasant for the hearing organ. The selection of bowls should take into account the harmonic sound of the bowls in the sound patterns of all the bowls in relation to each other.

Healing

The variety of vibrations and frequencies that we are exposed to during a sound session has a beneficial effect on the muscular and skeletal system of our physical body.
Our brain regenerates and rests thanks to the journey through different frequencies.
The general well-being after the massage improves and our attitude to reality becomes more positive.
