techniques and methods that affect the relaxation of the physical body and mind. As a player in youth and senior football clubs I experimented with various methods of faster regeneration and renewal. After graduating from the Academy of Physical Education, under the supervision of specialists I experienced the impact of meditation exercises, extreme temperatures and relaxation training on my body in the fight against stress. When I first heard the sound of the handpan, I understood that a full state of relaxation, relief and regeneration is possible to achieve quickly and on a deeper level with the help of sound and vibration. I knew that this awareness would allow me to concentrate on massage with vibrating bowls, tuning forks and gongs.<br>In my search for the perfect reception of vibrations and sound, I discovered the method of <strong>Peter Hess.<\/strong> After obtaining the appropriate qualifications, I began sound massage and since then my adventure with vibrations has become the answer to many questions about relaxation and renewal. Sound and vibration is for me a continuation of everything I have learned before, but now I feel that it is a good and holistic approach to work. I am still developing my skills, adding new techniques and methods, but sound and vibration is and will remain the center of my interests.<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex
